Janet Giannetta, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Janet Giannetta is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various industries. She most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RBT CPAs, where she oversaw all HR activities within the firm. Janet has mastered the delicate balance between employee advocacy and meeting business needs, regularly counseling management and employees on complex issues. Her expertise spans recruitment, organizational development, strategic management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and more. Janet holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the relevant industry bodies.

Kelly Caldwell, a Partner at Visions Human Resources Services, LLC, brings extensive expertise to her role. With a strong educational foundation, including certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Public Sector HR Association (PSHRA) and a certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), Kelly has excelled in various HR positions. Her areas of focus include employment law compliance, benefits and compensation, workplace culture, talent acquisition, and more. Kelly is an active member of professional organizations and has presented on topics like neurodiversity in the workplace and sexual harassment prevention.
